Bandit City doesn't do quarterly roadmap theater anymore. Here's what actually shipped, with dates, and the direction we're moving in. New things get announced when they're real.

The story so far​

  • October 2024 - The Bandit Chest opened. 10,000,000 BANDIT given away free to Zano alias holders: 42,000 per OG alias, 2,000 per new alias.
  • November 1, 2024 - Giveaway cutoff. All 3,188,000 unclaimed tokens burned on-chain (burn transaction dated October 31, 2024), leaving about 6,812,000 circulating.
  • Q4 2024 - Quest #1, The Trader's Trial. Completed.
  • February 2025 - Wallet Connect on bandit.city via the Zano Companion extension.
  • May 2025 - Airdrop Tools went live.
  • August 2025 - The Burn Tracker went live on the site and in-wallet.
  • December 2025 - Shared Staking Pool built; internal testing began.

Where we're headed​

Free tools for the Zano ecosystem. Everything in Bandit City is free to use, and stays that way. Distribution, staking, and whatever we build next.

BANDIT as the perks layer. Premium features, cosmetics, and status tiers powered by BANDIT. Spend it and it burns, publicly. Hold it and doors open. The model is laid out in Tokenomics.

Tools in the workshop. The Shared Staking Pool is in internal testing and opens to everyone soon. The Trading Tools are in testing too. The Telegram Wallet is paused until it can go through a proper security review. No dates on any of them, on purpose: dates ship when the tools do.

Each step deeper into Bandit City stays true to the same idea: privacy first, community first, and nothing promised that isn't already on-chain.
